MEET GARRETT

The person on the other end of the phone.

No account managers, no offshore teams, no runaround. When you work with Founder Freedom Systems, you work with me — in person, from the first audit to the final handoff.

I grew up watching what a business can take from a person.

My dad ran his own appliance service business — mostly on his own. I watched him do excellent work and build a reputation people trusted. I also watched what it cost: every call, every schedule change, every problem landed on one person. There was no one else to hand it to. He made it work, but the business followed him home every single night.

I didn't know the word for it then, but I was watching a bottleneck — a good man carrying a whole company on his back because there were no systems to carry it with him.

That's what Founder Freedom Systems is really about. Not technology for its own sake — I build the things I wish my dad had.

A little about me.

I'm from Sugarcreek, Ohio — born and raised here in Amish Country, and this is where I serve. My wife Katie and I are expecting our first son this December, which has a way of making the mission personal: the hours a business eats are hours that belong to somebody's family.

My faith shapes how I do business: complete honesty, doing the work right, and telling you the truth even when it costs me the sale. If a $500 fix solves your problem, I won't pitch you a $5,000 one. If what you really need is a better website and not an automation, that's what I'll tell you.

How I work.

I build everything myself. Every system, app, and website — designed and built by the person you shook hands with.
I show up in person. The audit happens at your business, not over a webinar. I want to see how your week actually runs.
Your team gets trained, not abandoned. I don't leave until the people using the system are comfortable with it — no tech expertise required.
Honest recommendations, always. If something isn't worth your money, I'll say so first.
WHAT AN HOUR IS ACTUALLY WORTH

Say your time is worth $75 an hour and the right system hands back 25 hours a month. That's $1,875 of your time returned every month — hours you can put into winning bigger jobs, training your team, or simply being home for dinner. (A principle borrowed from Dan Martell's Buy Back Your Time.) That's the return I design against, and it's why I price on outcome instead of a rate card.

One promise: I'll only ever recommend what I'd build for my own business. If a piece of software you already pay for can do the job, I'll tell you — and if the numbers don't work, I'll tell you that too. I'd rather be your long-term ally than your next invoice.

Let's find out where your week is going.
